You won't find much 'humanity' in nature. The strong prey on the weak. The weak fear the strong. The strong survive. Perhaps a mother's love of child is the best we can observe in nature.
His best songs we're covers? Maybe his most well known songs were, but have you actually sat down and listened to the Jimmy Hendrix Band of Gypsies song, "Machine Gun"?
Huxley saw this movement and said it was necessary. Once you realize his opinion on certain topics, his influence and connections, you see he's not on our side. He believed that the use of drugs would be necessary for the technological dictatorship (what we're living through) to be lived through. Whether it's the government created LSD (to bring you into a different reality) or vaccines that cause autism (dumbs down) these methods are used as well as others to keep things spinning.
Absolutely...........people are prolonging adolescence these days and few of us are taking on the heavy burdens of adulthood.......these make us strong, independent individuals. This is brilliant, at last I don't feel such a depp(German for idiot) as all I want is to be free.

Culture creation? Come on... If anyone has an an agenda I think its you. I will not say my name, but I was part of your so called culture creation, and people, it was not some plan given to us. It was called art, creation. Stop scamming and lying to people you moron.
is that all you got, good one Debbie Gibson, but its only in your dreams that popular arts (short for artificial) is a grassroots movement with creative freedom, you might of had some in your rinky dink perception but the power players are controlled and initiated into fraternal organizations that give you your thoughts, enjoy voting and not looking any further into this than you can mentally handle, la la land may be best suited for you ,
@ajrz65 It was about art and creation depending on WHO you you were, in some cases not but look at Jimi Hendrix for example, it was his manager that got him addicted to heroin so he could control him.
@TheMoleintheground Jimmy Hendrix was not a heroin addict and it is fact rumoured that he was murdered by the the Jesuit Order. He died from vomit as if he was held down and had wine poured down his throat. He was over-rated anyways and stole all his licks from London guitarists like Clapton and Beck!So shame for him!
@freddygoldstein you lost me when you said that Eric Clapton was better than Jimmy Hendrix, I mean I know he ripped off the "power trio" thing from Cream, but Jimmy Hendrix cut his teeth playing with the Isley Brothers and Little Richard for cryin' out loud.
@TheMoleintheground Yes he did and his style was completely different then.He in fact stole the styles of the best of the London scene and was heavily influenced by both Clapton and Beck and stole the theatrics from the Who.His riffs are all plagiaristic and so were his theatrics. It is funny that those that died are lifted to iconic status when in fact he was a minor talent whose best songs were in fact covers.
wow some more alan watt listeners. Just reading your comments gives me hope that sentience does exist out there!
Bought all of his books a must read. For those that do have them, please dont share them. for this guy needs some type of income. He deserves much praise and financial aid.
i've bought everything on his website twice over 2 yrs ago, the books are different every time i read them , the third one is chilling, i have trepidation delving into that one when i do , the 12hr recordings are great as well as reality check part2, i dont post anything he sells, nice name 007
Free yes, imagine all we've gained. However this man needs to be compensated for the great info. he's given us. Let's find it in our hearts to do the right thing and send him a M.O. for at least $10.00. Still that barely covers what we've gained from him.
Great vid, Alan Watt is a beast as always.

It has to do with culture creation and the image the beatles left on the public to bring about the "new age".
