I am not 100% sure of this but don't you get a shido when you dodge an attack sticking your head under his arm? Send me a respons, curious about this.
Dodging the head can indeed be punished with a shido for evading the fight so to speak. However, that usually doesn't happen the first time only after a few such dodges will the referee give the shido. Besides that, in this case the dodge is not an evasion but the start of a counterattack s I really doubt there will be a shido given in this case.
Still, a very interesting case, I'll take it with me to the next course (I'm a referee and we have refresh courses once a year)
A light uke is always handy when you preform a technique.
but however, is this technique legal, cause he wraps his right arm around his head.. shouldn't you place his right hand onto his shoulder (you still have controle, without wrapping you're hand around his head)
Actually the tori just transferred himself into a Russian grip...its not dodging an attack

As long as you continue with an action, you are OK.
