Just FYI guys, it's not lemon juice + foil + salt = electricity. As gruesome as it is, the science behind this is that fish muscles have the capacity to twitch without signals from a brain. All the cellular machinery necessary to twitch muscles can occur independently. So what were seeing here is the is a stimuli to the salt and lemons, that results in the movement of muscle. Not so much electricity as it is the flesh of the fish legitimately reacting from beyond death itself!

For the record, the lemon juice on the aluminium foil causes an electric current, which makes the muscles in the fish writhe. It's like sticking batteries on frog legs, same effect. Great way to freak out guests though.
