  • Why?

  • @vinnie181 why not

  • Sounds great, better than mine

  • Sounds great, can't wait to see it on the track.

  • how did ya get the blower on like that seems pretty cool thnx

  • how did u get a blower like that on it

  • @sikvids55 thanks for your interest, it was an exercise in head scratching, I could have bought a kit, but that would have been easy...lol

  • Hi from Argentina, i have a 221ci ford 6 in line. I think taht supercharger could be perfect for it. coul you tell me characteristics of the blow please.

maybe some used unit or something that can help me.

    thanks

  • @capoccietta Gday from Australia, get a copy of Street Supercharging by Pat Ganahl before you buy anything, it covers everything you need to know, including suppliers of kits & parts. Cheers Wayne

  • by the looks the idler bracket comes of the front bolts on the blower, does the idler bracket also bolt up anywere else, eg the thermo housing or water pump?

is the alternator still on the manifold side, if so were there clearance issues with the belt?

does the radiator flow right to left or is it like a VL turbo radiator?

is it a electric water pump?

  • Idler pulley only bolts to blower, but have joined the tubes together with 8mm plate. the pump & alt. run a stock fanbelt. radiator uses stock tanks with a baffle in the top, hoses are hq 6. I have since fabbed a bracket to support manifold. my other vid shows the front of the motor on the dyno, no belt clearance issues so far. I used the idler pulley to push the belt away from the water pump pulley, Cheers

  • @hydengineering

thanks, i am in the middle of fitting a eaton blower to a 179, im taking the radiator in the morning to get the top hose swapped and currently tryin to work out how to make the idler bracket and manifold support bracket, i am thinking of taking the manifold bracket from the engine mount bolts.

  • That supercharger is almost as big as the 202 itself! Also have you got any idea what CC a 202 is? I am thinking about bolting up a turbo. Thanks, Myles.

  • 3.3 litres, Mike Vine does a good bolt on turbo kit for about 6k. 07 32064799. The old kits used to produce more torque than a L34, Cheers Wayne

  • Thanks mate, looking at a custom set up with iether a small twin turbo set up for show or a big single turbo sleeper. Trying to find a cross flow head, no one seems to sell anything i am after.

  • @175myles

    202=3300cc

  • Thanks mate, i looked up a specifcation's chart on all the lc-lj motors 2 days ago and found everything i need. Thanks ,Myles.

  • love it dood.

  • thanks, will post some more vids when i'am cashed up for the dyno......

  • that is one tuff 202!! love lj's and love the holden 6. post more vids of it soon!!

  • it is a gm 471, I have not had it dynoed as yet, but I am hoping for 300hp (+) on pulp. This vid was of the very first start up.

  • wat type of supercharger is that

    roughly how much HP?

  • thanks, Qld, hope to have it on the engine dyno in the very near future...

  • very nice. what state are u located in?
