I'm a little confused on how you got the evergreen trees. Did you place the icing in the cone, but how did you get the texture? an also, what is the difference between icing and royal icing? I can't wait to get my gingerbread house started!
I would like to see how you make petit fours too. Really love all of your video, especially the one on cheese cake, well maybe I commenting on wrong video, but i didn't know we could make a video recipe request. So beside petit fours, can you show us how to make fondant from scratch, that would really be great. Thanks

you could also use gelatine leaves as glass for the windows but you wouldn't be able to eat it.
