Great video! I never thought of the ziplock bag idea for the powered sugar! I'm gonna use that this weekend. They're called polvorones in Spanish, right? Here in Louisiana we make cookies just like that called cocoons. And of course, like polvorones, every person makes cocoons slightly different.
