@CoasterMatte It works fine, in a drill. But in a real game you want your catcher to have his none glove hand behind his back for protection. So I just think practicing with one hand behind and bring it to the front helps a little more for real life situations.
@kgkidz4life Its in a game you want that quick transfer, unless the bases are empty, if they are your hand schould be behind your back. you'll never be able to throw people out a 2nd if you dont have a quick transfer!

one problem here. No one catches with both hands out front. It would server them better to put one behind their backs.
