Yes that was Sly after a motorcycle accident. Sly recently celebrated his birthday in LA Eddie Murphy and George Clinton were there just to name a few.

in all the videos iv seen of larry, ive never seen him play fingerstyle, he always plays with either his thumb (whether its thumpin or thumbin) or with a pick. does he ever play fingerstyle?
