This concept was discussed 20 years ago but in reverse - Create towers almost anywhere hot and the hot air rises on it's own. No misters, no water, nothing- just really f'ing tall towers with turbines at the top.
Either way, all of these should of been implemented 10 years ago.
That was cool. They could set them in series, where the output from one flows into the second and third. You could set a string of them to service cities that are more inland. great vid!

and with this series you get more efficency out of it by the brin water could be used for the next one.
