First time I had seen Josephine was on this video and one og the fine cellists I have seen playing the carbon fiber cello. The other one was carolne lavelle who usually accompanies Koreans mckennitt
wonderful expression of this piece.the only thing i would offer is spend more time to adjust to the carbon, your getting some clack in fretboard.but wonderful all the same
Also as a cellist those cornices are purely for strength, so being carbon fiber these cellos don't need them. Yeah, they also hurt when they stab you. :)
Beautiful, incredible playing and what an interesting complex piece! I hope you have plans to add more videos of your playing to YouTube. I will eagerly watch for them!

The cello's are around 6 to 7 thousand. Fairly reasonable considering the standard or cello's these days and their prices.

I love the look of the carbon fiber, and the durability :p
They aren't that expensive either, not for a nice cello.

too bad the luis and clark cellos are expensive, and also that they don't have the nice horns on the sides that wodden ones have.

As a cellist I have to say that those "nice horns" (cornices) are painful when they poke into your legs. I'm glad to see them go.

you are a sissy cellist
the "horns" give the instrument its unique shape, plus it makes the cello look a lot less like a guitar (I hate it when people mistake it for that)
