  • Mahalo Braddah, Me and my Daughters Jam down Waikiki

on the weekends if its not raining. But if you come down Waikiki and its not raining and you don't see us there, that means we're probably performing at a party or something. Mahalo TF.

  • Mahalo Troy - what nimble and creative playing. Uke sounds really nice. I can't tell what brand it is (Kamaka?), strings used (?), and pick-up (Baggs?) You know we all in search of the perfect uke with the perfect strings and pick up! Da teeng plays really well. Ayyyyyyy te watcho paisan! Johnny Pal of MangoDaville

  • Aloha Johnny, When I first saw your video's and read your comments and reply's, I knew you was a right on Braddah.

I'm playing a black koa from Sonny D. ghs strings and shadow pick up that was put in long time ago.

    Mahalo, TF

  • Thanks Troy for describing the uke. Its also pleasant to know you are a down to earth player with constructive mana. I am hoping the best musically for your ohana, you know the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree and you're a good dad to support the keikis. They gotta be full of music! Mahalo! Johnny Pal

  • Aloha Johnny, Thanks for your kind words. My Daughters are amazing. Their song list is somewhere around 50 songs.

They can easily do a 2 hour performance without singing the same song over. When we perform in Waikiki, I sometimes get good crowds but when my Daughters come on, Their crowds are 2 to 3 times bigger than mine.

Tory and Tia is the real deal.

    Mahalo TF

  • Keep shepherding them along and they will be successful. I was noticing that they sho'nuff aint afraid of no stage or crowd! I hope they trot right along in daddy's footsteps. Wuz playing a birthday party kanikapila for my former bass player and Hoku Ho came. I wondered what happened to her after daddy took her on the road, and then noticed she was major hapai! She was very mellow and I teenk has found spiritual grace cuz was Christian group. Sang good too. Hope ur CD does good! Tanx, Johnny

  • Mahaloz to you Troy ....Looking forward to seeing more, and the new album!!

  • Thank you ukulelefatman, I have some new video's of me and my Daughters performing in Waikiki. Good fun.
