The best final shot should be the two RPG shots from Chris and Sheve to Wesker in Uroboros form.

I think Wesker did die. First, Wesker can repair himself for few scraches, but definely not two rocket launchers in head. Second, no matter how fast he regenerates, he can't regenerate infinite lava burns.
