you know, and easier way is just to go to the top, get the random little checkpoint then go back down to your friends and let the sentinels and sargent johnson take care of the rest of the flood. ;)

I did it with my friends in 45 minutes and 10 deaths. The thing is that in the top, you crouch jump on top of the big entrance door and go to Johnsson, and let him take out the flood. The second thing is that we are pros(me and my friends).
