well it all depends on where you get it, personally where I got it, it hurt. But whose to say it will hurt on your wrist, you know what I mean? The best way I can describe how it feels.. and I don't want to scare you, is like a knife scraping across your skin. It just is kind of irritating more then painful. Just bring your ipod, zone yourself out into your music and you will be good to go :)
