Ganondorf hands down. That was a poor recording and not the right scene to pick... Ganondorf's laugh from the Wind Waker, at the climax of the story and at the dawn of his last stand, is the most deranged cackle of all vocal work in history. It would make Maleficent shit red hot lava in fear. In fact I'm gonna go find a video of that now and I recommend whoever reads this does the same.
