@Robtasticstickman14 Probably never, as the cost of translating this and finding voice actors for the 50 tales of characters, the 20 voices for descenders and voicing the various skits .. and don't even think of seeing RM3 in english.

Unless somebody manages to hack and fan-translate the game into a ROM.
