  • @sidensvans54 amen

  • Hey, I thought Ian liked cats... hanging one off the end of your flute is a strange way to show it :-)

  • In the world of "contemporary" popular music, Ian Anderson stands alone. His compositional skill dwarfs his peers.

  • I had to reply to you simply because of Aqualung 1956 of which I am assuming was the year of your birth as well as it was mine. Jethro Tull has had a special place in my heart for the better part of 36+ years. I listen to this song close my eyes & it takes me back to a much simpler place in time. I saw Ian's Orchestral Tull tour 2 years ago and it was truly sublime.

  • God truly blessed this man.

  • Very well said sweetsusan, most true,...the guitar is splendid with bass and magnificent!!

  • There was a time when Ian would do this tune acustic in the midst of a flamboyant set with Tull. It was like magic. Lites out and from the drakness to be seen at the corner of the stage Ian would be there and sing this tune.. alone.. inspired by angels.

  • Inspired by Angels,... Indeed,.. no wonder why this is so beautiful and timeless,.. and forever part of all our lives, Thank you, Ian Anderson!!

Thank you vsibirsky, I wish I could have seen this sight as you did, wow!!

  • oooooooooooooooo ian your most devine.if you only knew where your masterpieces takes us to in this crazy world we live in these days.music is a time traveler a ship that sails us to different ports and a plane that flys us around the world.tull may you be safe with your travels to spread the love of music.

  • Beautifully said Susan. Ive been under his musical spell since 1968 and having just seen them again for the umpteenth time this month shows no signs of abating. Sheer magic

  • Ian is the best one!
