With my Sprint HTC Touch Pro I followed this procedure:With the phone in an upright position (I dont think the position matters) and with it powered on, I pressed and held Enter and VolDwn. With my stylus I reset the phone and immediately held down the power button while still holding down the VolDwn and Enter. From then on I followed the screen prompts.
Hello, I'm sorry I can't find an english version of this on youtube. But from watching your video what I understood is I should hod down the green and red buttons and push the soft reset button to do a hard reset?
will this erase all my info like contacts, applications and pictures.. etc?
