Even though her style is pretty typical these days. You have to notice how advanced she is in the expressions and how her knowledge in the anatomy is going great for her age. The only thing is that i wish this sketchbook had more examples of different types of anatomy. Because it seems like she has the same basic figure for about 90% of them. Also I hope she tries more elaborate costumes because you always see these same basic costumes in modern manga like everyone is saying.

@AEONproject as Jashine mentioned you have to practice. its the answer no one likes to hear, but if you enjoy drawing its not that much work.
one thing my teachers like to stress is to draw something EVERY SINGLE DAY. even if its just a tiny doodle.
find some reference pictures and draw what you see, notice tiny detail and the proportions of different objects related to one another.
Most importantly, HAVE FUN. drawing shouldnt be something you force yourself into. hope this helps :D
