Good remix! Can you imagine all the coke, bad dancing and bad hair that went along with this song? I dont DJ anymore but if I did i would def play this in the heat of the night when the dancefloor is packed. People crave this kind of music when they go to a dance club now. The sad thing is the dance club has kind of died out with our economy.

James Brown is Dead...great track, but the guy is way far off in his track ID'ing skills. This was the song from the rave scene in Basic Instinct...another song "rave the rhythm" by Channel X is also in subsequent scenes..

thanks for posting this.i looked everywhere for this in 1992 and could never find it .never could find out who did it either.the guy at camelot music said it was called "james brown is dead",found out that wasnt it so i gave up.

James Brown Is Dead? He was pretty far from the mark on that one (that was a pretty full on techno track). Glad to help you out.
