They made a true orchestral version of the first game's soundtrack, I would love to hear this one's soundtrack fully orchestrated. This one was the hardest of the two for me, but I loved them both so much!
Probably the best quality music collection ever put in a video game (Actraiser II) of that time. I also give respect to the Castlevania and Ghouls n Ghost series for the similar Epic scores
God I remember this level, it was a nightmare and a half, damn did this song fit right on the money though. My second favorite song in the game behind Modero/Demon's Cave.
its amazing that snes can even produce this kind of quality. the time count is low because all of that sound quality on the snes cartrdige. but despite all of that. sound quality is amazing. no comment. A+
This is my favorite track from ActRaiser 2. Considering how creepy the citizens of Humbleton are, it's simply chilling to hear this as you raid their tower to confront their false Master.
Indeed, sorry for being a year or so late with the response, but I totally agree. It did not help that this level was a fucking nightmare to navigate through. So many difficult platforming segments that you had to get down perfectly or you were FUBAR.
Still, the music definitely made this level worth playing through, and again, it so fit this nightmare-ish maze, definitely giving you this feeling of dread as you plodded along to the next segment.

This stage's theme has a sleazy, almost defiant swagger to it.
