guys so i just found out why hui fan's voice is dubbed: the actress is from mainland china, so she has an accent different from the people in taiwan. since this is a taiwanese drama, the director felt like she had to have her voice dubbed so the audience could understand her better. her voice in real life is a LOT nicer than the one that she was dubbed with -.-
