hey i tried this thing on pvsz on ds and it worked.on bobsled bonanza use the spike weed on those ice cars and it will blow them up and cus the spike weed recharges faster u can keep planting them :D so thumbs up if this worked.ps plant sun flowers on the water so they dont get killed untill flag 1

I'll bet this way takes forevvver! I know it does. Just use the garlic to make the zombies file into 3 lanes and hit 'em with repeaters and the torchwood. Of course you'd also need 3 tall-nuts and 2 magnet shrooms. Tangle kelp and potato mines wouldn't hurt either.

This is a noob build. I assume you don't have a gloom shroom yet. But if i were you, I would have used fume shroom-wintermelon-spikerock combo. Put garlic up in front of lanes 1 and 6, then concentrate your firepower in the middle.

Wintermelons will slow down enemies, increasing your spike weed's effectiveness.

There's no balloons, and cactus is just a expensive peashooter. I really reccomend the garlic. For 50 sun, (another 50 for pole vaulters), you have one lane down. Really. You can then focus on less lanes, and have a bit more sun. I wouldn't reccomend magnets, because soon there's so much metal it doesn't matter, but winter melons were a good choice. The slow, and the pults go right over the screen door shield. Over all this was a good run. :)

heres a good tip..winter melons are worth the sun, but they splash off to the sides as well. so u dont have to line em all up, instead place then alternately, winter, regular, then winter again. then u can put some spikes to do lotta work :D

Next time, instead of taking the Winter Melon, take a Snow Pea. He costs less (175, winter melon is 250 i believe). It also slows the zombies down. What you should do is put one garlic on the top and bottom rows so that you only need attackers on the four inside rows. That'll let you use up less sun on every row, AND you can put two Melon-pult columns I think. Also use a cattail on the two columns on the very back to get extra sniping range. Hope I helped :)

@commanderkiwi6 Snow pea isn't group, so overall the zombies will come faster. Winter melon in total is more then double the snow pea, but is way more powerful, and does massive damage.

might i suggest my stratagy?

plants used: Tall-nut, Lily Pad, Repeater(Gatling Pea), Garlic, Torchwood, Pumpkin (in case two or more football zombies on same lane), rest are not required.

have 3 garlics on the very top and bottom rows, one space from entry sidewalk, used for funneling. have actual defenses in the last lanes covering the 4 center lanes (pool and 2 lanes next to it). Single gatling pea in last slot, torchwood next to it, along with tall nut. (continued on next comment)

not a very good strag i admit but whatever works if u already have 10 slots try garlic in second row then gloom shroom w/ pumpkin. behind it another gloom then above it put magnet w/ pumpkin behind the magnet put another pumpkin. below the gloom shroom place a wall nut behind the walnut marigold w/ pumpkin finally behind marigold golden magnet then mirror that for the other side

(Note: the garlic is placed on the right and left-over spaces is for marigold also save 100 4 garlic after 1st wave)

water monsters, giant peanuts, green leaf, eating plant and line bomb.

I could survive for many rounds just with those.

hmmm i think your main problem was taking the threepeater. he took way too much suns. since the zombies were all extremely slowed near their starting point you shouldve put some spikewood there instead.

however you go more effectively by at least in the water using fireballs and cattails. the "disarming" shrooms are a nice idea but this way you have a completely empty row. putting your wallnuts 1 space back wouldve left more space before the zombies attacking your wall.
