cps NOT only KIDNAP'S...but doesn't respond on VALID calls as well....our school nurse had to get involved and help me..it took cps a week to their ACTUAL job ...(this was on a case where the child was being molested, you would think they would STEP it up with that case...we tested them after that.....

out of 5 times...they failed 4!! weather its KIDNAPPING or saving....THEY SIMPLY CANT SEEM TO DO ANYTHING RIGHT...THERE DOORS SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR GOOD!!!
