at times i feel bad. im 18 years old, i have never drank, smoked or had sex. im 100% pure. people at my school are so into drugs and love having sex. and sometimes, im also christiani feel bad that im a virgin because you know i cant talk about it and it does make me uncomfortable at times, im not gonna lie. and i havent dated. since my sophomore year of high school. im a senior now. and they telll me that i need a girlfriend. but like i cant find anyone. im a musical theatre kid. not much luck.

But God loves us more than anything & knows what we need. We just have to wait & see what His plan for us is, because we don't know. Just keep faith. I was in every musical & play & I play over 15 instruments so I'm a bandgeek too, so don't feel alone in that. Just know that there are a lot of us out here going through the same things

About sin entering heaven, we ALL sin. So does that mean we all go to hell? Nobody is perfect. To go to heaven the single thing you have to believe is that Jesus is God's son and he died on the cross for your sins.
When Jesus came, he gave us HIS righteousness so we were forgiven for all sins. So that we no longer had to go to hell if we sinned. We are considered sinless although we do sin because he died so we have been forgiven past, present and future.
Since Jesus came, he has given us the gift of heaven and to accept we just have to believe he is God's son and he died on the cross for us.

Generally, it is retarded to put written word over experience. It is not always the only good way to act according to the commandments. If you break a commandment, you certainly do deserve to go to hell. But once you´re saved and love Jesus (and we both are and do, I think), you can be pretty sure you won´t go to hell as long as you don´t defy God VERY adamantly and aggressively or outright reject Him again. How often have YOU knowingly broken a command as a Christian? And did you ALWAYS ask for forgiveness? I don´t think so. One can probably be chastised, but not damned. If you´re saved, you´re saved.

That scripture means that if you believe that Jesus is God's son and he died on the cross to take away all your sins, you will go to heaven. Jesus sent his son to die on the cross so you would be forgiven for every wrong thing you've done.

- It´s no problem not to care about this whatever-it-was to be required to cover a woman´s head (1.Cor.11). At this time, not wearing this thing was offensive because mainly prostitutes and similar did so.

- Sex is not created for marriage, but marriage for sex. The act is a sacament of unification - and to celebrate it, it requires a proper frame (marriage). Otherwise, it´s not quite the same and therefore worse, but not necessarily fornication (I think). Fornication is egoistic sex with few affection and no love and usually promiscuous, something way worse and more hurting than sleeping with the only woman you love, but without being married.

Generally, it is retarded to put written word over experience. It is not always the only good way to act according to the commandments. In LOTS of situations you do way less damage if you break them, as it is for example the case with lies where telling the truth would cause a catastrophe (trust me, i experienced that more than once in my life).

but your BREAKING a commandment and if your break a commandment you go to hell and there's no negotiating either, if you dont ask for fogivness, your going. those commandments were out there to show us how to live our lives. a white lie is still a lie and to tell a lie is against the 10 commandments. God will ALWAYS provide a way of escape from sin. you just have to look for it because its there =)

If you break a commandment, you certainly do deserve to go to hell. But once you´re saved and love Jesus (and we both are and do, I think), you can be pretty sure you won´t go to hell as long as you don´t defy God VERY adamantly and aggressively or outright reject Him again. How often have YOU knowingly broken a command as a Christian? And did you ALWAYS ask for forgiveness? I don´t think so. One can probably be chastised, but not damned. If you´re saved, you´re saved.

sorry. I do love God your right. But once your saved ur held responsible for the sins u know and understand u commited. If you don't know u sinned ur not held accountable but if you know u sinned and dont ask forgivness then your not going to Heaven. You ALWAYS have to ask forgivness for your sins once you know u commited it.

Everybody has told lies in their life and nobody is perfect. It's impossible for a human to be perfect and God knows that. So if you looked at heaven and hell that way, everyone would be going to hell. Instead, Jesus said

That scripture means that if you believe that Jesus is God's son and he died on the cross to take away all your sins, you will go to heaven. Jesus sent his son to die on the cross so you would be forgiven for every wrong thing you've done.

@JesusFreak494 If you're trying to follow the 10 commandments, you're under religion and tradition. I'm not saying that it's bad that you are, but that it shouldn't be foremost in your life, and that you are striving to follow them. You DO NOT go to hell if you break one. How many of us are perfect? NONE. Only God is perfect.

@JesusFreak494 On the topic of the 10 commandments, i suggest you read Galatians 3? I remember my pastor preaching about this so I looked up the scriptures again for you. Here's some of it from Galatians 3:10-14:
All who rely on observing the law are under a curse, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law." Clearly no one is justified before God by the law, because, "The righteous will live by faith." (to be cont.) :P

It's one thing to encourage youth to delay sexual activity, but scaring the hell out of them and telling them a condom is a provision for sin is irresponsible. If this Right-Wing version of Sexual Purity is the correct choice for Christians then why did the Lovers in the Song of Solomon have sex in Chapter 2 then get married in Chapter 3? People who want some common sense truth about this should go to my channel, it's cheaper than a purity ring and a lot more fun than abstinence.

yes....dating is a recent "invention," however before that there was (and still is today in many parts of the world)arranged marriage. if you're that desperate to get married you either have to (1.) date or (2.) get a marriage arranged for you.
