I use Mac OS 10.6. The MIDI setup is a bit different with 10.5, but you do still have the aggregate MIDI device option. Instead of hitting the + on the list of devices, you have to go to one of the pull down menus from the top of the screen. It's there - you just have to look for it.

Whats your MACOS??? I have 10.5.8 and I cant setup de audio divice like you.
I cant find the way to setup 4 outputs for 2 diferents soundcards
