I've posted elsewhere as to some of the more recent concert footage of Ms. Winehouse that she shouldn't have been allowed to perform, but I also think that one can only do so much for a person as destructively addictive as Ms. Winehouse was and that in the last analysis, it was up to her to clean up her act, which proved too hard for her to pull off. I'm not critical of her about that. I'm quite certain that I couldn't beat an addiction as severe as hers.
