Heres the deal with TNA. I feel TNA could be way better if they stop using former wwe superstars to lead there company. I think it is unfair to talents such as aj samoa matt morgan etc. what they should do is use those big names to help put them over a little bit and start pushing them to main event status once they are over. this will be the only way they can compete with wwe. thats what i would do.

I hate what the WWE has done to ECW. ECW is dead and they are just finishing off the dead skin. Replacing the ECW title with a boot leg version they made. It's not even ECW because it's not extreme wrestling. It's nothing but a bad ass promotion to replace Sunday night heat and velocity!
Basically if top super stars that are pumped for as long as Joe was, I wouldn't have killed his fame with some new appearance by kurt. I would have waited to the match was far more bigger then some singles match at least before breaking his strike.

Because I dont have to many issues with ROH this will probably be kinda short. (Building off of Take No Prisoners) Now that Tyler Black knows he can hang with the best ROH has to offer he lets that get to his head and starts challenging everyone on ROH. He takes on Austin Aries and wins. After Jimmy Jacobs gets injured he decides to take on the Briscoes in a rematch by himself for the tag titles.
During that handicap match with the Birscoes, Black is knocked out and unkowingly, Necro Butcher interferes and hits Jay with the tag titles. Tyler recovers and wins the match. Now he feels invincible and rarely helps the AotF only when he feels he needs to. AotF is getting tired of his cocky attitude and books him in a match with Brian Danielson. Jimmy Jacobs return during the match to cheer his partner on unaware of his recent attitude change. Tyler Black pulls off the win
Tyler pulls off the win and declares himself contender to ROH Champ. Jacobs reminds him they are tag champs and got a title to defend. Tyler drops the title which pissed Jacobs off and Jacob attack Tyler.
Jacobs feel he wants to bring Tyler down to earth takes Tyler on at Respect is Earned 2 or something. In the match Tyler is overwhelmed but the reversals and skill level Jacobs is showing. In the end Jacobs win the match but instead of rubbing it in Tyler's face he shakes his hand
Since everyone complains about TNA home grown talent, I'll book the TNA Title to Bound for Glory. A week before Victory Road Booker T attacks Kevin Nash and injures him forcing Joe to wrestle without his mentor. Joe beats Booker and realizes he doesn't need anyone to help him since he's TNA world champ. Nash returns and is mad at Joe and says Joe didn't give him credit for mentoring him to the World title spot. Joe spits in his face and Nash tries to attack him.
Jim Cornette makes Joe vs. Nash at Hard Justice meanwhile AJ Styles is coming from a loss to Tomko from Victory Road since Angle was injured. Angle puts a hit on AJ now and hires Team 3D to attack Styles but it back fires because Christian and Rhino gets in their way. AJ sneaks up behind Angle instead of fighting him challenges Angle to a 2-3 falls match.
At Hard Justice, Joe defeats Nash because Booker hit Nash with the title and Joe capitalized with the muscle buster. Also AJ defeated Angle in 2-3 falls match. 1st fall Angle via Angle slam, 2nd AJ via roll up, 3rd AJ via Styles clash. Karen comes in and celebrates with AJ by giving him a kiss in front of Angle.
Building towards No Surrender, Booker shows Joe footage that he helped Joe defeat Nash making Joe think he isn't as good as he thought. His plan backfires because... cont
Booker's plan backfire because Nash wants vengeance on Booker cheating him out the title and Joe wants Booker because he ruined his clean victory. Because Joe thinks he's the best in the buisness Joe challenges both Nash and Booker to a 3-way match at No Surrender.
Meanwhile Angle wants one last shot at Styles but the doctors tell Angle is he doesn't take a break from wrestling he can end his career. He doesn't care and faces AJ inside 6 sides of steel at No Surrender
AJ vs. Booker vs. Sting vs. Christian vs. Roode vs. Rhino. wins after eliminating Sting last to everyone's surprise.
Next Impact Joe confronts AJ saying that AJ doesn't have what it takes to beat Joe and re-visits their history (late 05-early 06). AJ tell Joe he's a better wrestler and he's back to the AJ Styles that won the title for the thrid time at Hard Justice 2005.
Bound for Glory is here and Jim Cornette tells the fans that because of the importance of the main event title match anyone who shows their face will be fired on the spot.

Joe comes out the next Impact and cuts a heel promo. Saying that he found the baddest guy he could find to make sure AJ wouldn't get a shot at his belt, out comes ultimate TNA heel Jeff Jarret. Next few weeks the match is built up and then finally AJ defeats Jeff setting up AJ Styles v Samoa Joe. Then the fun begins as a feud starts.
A little bit lagging in the details but let me know what you think.
Finally AJ with a couple of other X-Division stars step up to the plate to callenge Kurt and the Dudley's. AJ remains scared until the match at the next ppv where AJ finally gets into the ring with Kurt and defeats him. X-Division is saved, Kurt v AJ heats up. Meanwhile Joe is just going through the whole main event roster. Eventually the feud builds up to a shot at the #1 contendership. (Face) AJ defeats (heel) Kurt. After the match Joe attacks AJ to turn Joe heel.
but no AJ. Kurt goes to the back tries to find AJ, but can't. Next few weeks on iMPACT! Kurt goes through wrestlers trying to prove a point. At Slammiversary, Sonjay breaks up the Jay Lethal and So Cal Val wedding. AJ along with the X-Division stars come down to save the day. Bubba Ray and D'Von come out and cut a promo about their new 'war' on the X-Division. Kurt Angle comes out to announce his allegiance to the new cause b/c of AJ. Then a few more weeks of vengence.
To build this eventual feud up will take some work, but here's a start. Have Joe just defend his title like a true champion, taking on all challengers. Now with AJ, start a feud with Kurt. To do this will take a few stages. First, Karen will refuse to reunite with Kurt because she's found a new man. Kurt demands to know who it is and she announces AJ. Kurt goes ape shit and demands AJ to come down. AJ's music hits..
I think the main reason TNA was better back then was because they didn't have many big name main event guys, so therefore they were able to spend lots of time on the X-division and tag-team divisions. But ever since the arrival of Kurt Angle, I feel like the X-division is lacking a bit. I feel that if TNA wants to succeed they should go back and pay more attention to what made them big in the first place, the X-Division. I think they should sign some young talented guys and add to it.
I feel like the WWE only cares about being mainstream and getting money now, instead of giving the fans a kick ass show. That's the main reason I switched over to watching TNA. I started watching TNA in 05, and after the first few X-Division matches I watched I was HOOKED. I noticed a HUGE difference from what I was seeing on WWE ever week, TNA had a kick ass tag team division and kick ass X-divison matches. At the time I felt like the main event scene was a little lacking though.
The main problem I have with WWE is that it has turned into a mainstream high definition pop culture soap opera for little kids. It's way different than how it was in the 90s. In the 90's it was much more edgy and I feel like this gave the wrestlers the opportunity to go all out and do the craziest shit. For example remember Booker T and Stone Cold fighting in a supermarket? Even though we knew it was scripted and all it was just so awesome to watch no matter how old you were.
The world wrestling federation at one point was a well oiled machine. Now it's a poorly organized company with terrible commentating, aweful storylines, less emphasis on wrestling and more focus of skantily clad women trying to get into playboy magazine. Not since Miss Elizabeth, Sensational Sherri has there been eligance and class in pro-wrestling.
Now all we see are ladder matches, blood and violence. Whathappened to a good old fashioned "Wrestling feud"?
WWF/WWE, has been on a huge decline due to the fact that since 1992, they have not been able to find a "Real" face to represent the company. I know what many of you are going to say. They had Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels etc. Both very talented athletes but only one good "Wrestler". To me neither fit the bill of *main event*. Since that point, steve austin, foley, hhh, edge, john cena and the "Crock" have all tried to build the new generation of professional wrestling and have failed.
TNA was really begining to emerge in 05. Then after a few short months, they made the age old mistake and brought in "Failed" talent from other feds, who simply did not shine. Christian, Angle etc. Now, they monopolize air-time. The under-talent (a.k.a real talent) are pushed aside and put in ridiculous storylines. By doing so, their killing their own careers.
The problem with wresling or "sports entertainment" is that it is not entertaining anymore. The industry emphasizes on sex and ridiculous marketing schemes to compinsate for poor management. The real talent are being held back. Fading stars, are brought to "up and coming" feds to gain recognition for that company but always end up sinking it. To establish a company, management and ownership must have the ability themselves to market their own individual product.

He's holding talent down by doing this. ECW is just dumb. It's not extreme anymore. They need to send someone who can carry that show over their, or just cut it. C.M Punk could be a major champion already, if he were on Raw or Smackdown, as with Morrison, if he were preped correctly. Also, their storylines are just old. Who would you give the black reign gimmick to? Right now, I can't think of anybody in TNA right now that can do that gimmick. I do agree with getting the belt off angle, cause i'm tired of him. But at least angle makes some opponents look good like lethal & kaz. Some champs will make talented opponents look weak when they're not.

Ok crazy mike, I have quite a few problems, first of all this problem has been adressed many times, the wwe ruined the legacy of Kane when they made him take his mask off. It was to soon. What happened to the Kane that we knew and loved. fearless tough ruthless pyromainiac. TNA needs to get the title off Angle and put it on Joe. Since the company first began, how many wrestler that did not have a successful career in either WCW, ECW, or WWF/E?
Three-AJ Styles, Ron Killings, and Abyss but all their reigns were short. However all the established verterns had longer reigns.
TNA needs to build up the younger stars and have them carry the company starting with Samoa Joe. He should have a good reign with impressive title defenses. Don't hold them back like WCW.
Also, TNA needs to bring back the glory of the X Division Title. Make awnsome match with the x division stars and fierce competition for the belt. Same goes for the tag titles and women's title.
TNA needs to make a new belt to have the middle men go after. Like a TV title that would give them more air time and make feel wanted in the company.
I personally would like AJ Styles drop the 'stupid Georgian' gimmick, Tomko go solo as a anti-hero, bring back Abyss and Chris Daniels,
And put James Mitchell together with Rellik. With Judas Mesias gone and TNA getting rid of Abyss' character, Rellik is only the 'true' monster in TNA. Black Reign is out of shape and not a good associate with Rellik.
Mitchell could give Rellik the push he needs to become a main eventer in TNA. Not only can he wrestle but combine Rellik's morbid, macrabe, scary promos with Mitchell's long and brilliant promos and he could become a big draw.
The third brand is dead with no hope of reviving it. No matter what talent they bring in or if they make more 'Extreme Rules' matches. ECW, once the most successful independent wrestling organization, died in 2001. The best and only thing Vince can do is put it out of its misery and let it finally rest in peace. Take the talent from ECW and divide between RAW and SMACKDOWN.
The feud between Edge and The Undertaker is good. And the power-faction with Edge, Vicki, Chavo, Hawkins, and Ryder is something we haven't seen a long time. Very similar to the Austin/McMahon feud. SMACKDOWN is also building up incredible tag teams and mid-carders but I do have a recommendation: BRING BACK THE CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE!!! High-flying action could increase the ratings.
I almost forgot about ECW until I saw a couple of comments. As an 1 hour wrestling show ECW is just mediocor. I personally dont really see anyone getting over on ECW now, hence the SD/ECW roster thing. So to end ECW I'd have someone who can get a pop from the crowd, but and ECW orignal, RVD and have him have a series of great matches with either Morrison, Shelton, CM Punk or Chavo and finally win the title.
scratch that last part, RVD comes back to RAW and says that at first bringing back ECW was a good idea but seeing how everything 'extreme' is taken out of ECW thats why he's on RAW. months later RVD wins the WWE title for the second time and is attacked by Morrison who's the ECW Champ. CM Punk attacks RVD because he loves ECW brand and doesn't want it to die. this leads to RVD vs. CM Punk: WWE Title vs. ECW Title.
CM Punk wins the the match and says that ECW will live forever...in the hearts of the fans as he throws the title on the ground and picks up the WWE title. he says that ECW is over and its now time to bring prestige back to the WWE title. I'll deal with TNA another time
I'll give it a shot given my only real complait was RAW roster being jobbed by 2 people and alot of things with McMahon. I can't fix what happened last week. But as far as McMahon I personally think its stupid that a 60 year old man who's not known for being a wrestler can have 15-20 minute matches with his roster who trained and constantly wrestler. I also hated the fact thay Ric Flair can defeat kennedy and MVP with no problem (you know what I mean) but needs help defeating McMahon
The whole powers that be thing is also getting pretty old.
First off after WM Finlay blames Vince for Hornswaggle getting hurt and beats the living hell out of him giving him a severe neck injury. Then the next week during one of Finlay's matches, Shane or Steph will interrupt to tell Finlay and everyone else that Vince's injury is so severe that even after he heals, he wont be able to do much physical activities (like wrestling) this will lead the McMahon family to declare war on Finlay
so in the following weeks, Finlay will face every the best all three brands has to offer. that includes high mid-carders, main eventers, big guys and handicap matches trying to get revenge on Finlay. in some cases he'll defeat the odds but in most he wont. then for SummerSlam, Shane puts himself, Umaga against Finlay in an ambulane or injury match and they win and injury Finlay.
the next night, Shane decides to be the 'authority' figure making sure matches like extreme rules matches aren't to violent and stuff pissing people off (kinda like a one man right to censor who doesn't wrestle) months later by Nov. or Dec. Finlay makes a surprise return and attacks Shane who's about to end a cage match for the WWE title. this leads to Finlay vs. Umaga at SS or Armageddon in a gimmick match because Shane wants to end Finlay's career now. Finlay pulls off the win...
the next night, while Finlay comes to ring side for a match, Shane makes an ultimatum for Finlay at Armageddon: Finlay vs. Shane: Street Fight if Finlay wins he'll be no.30 in the RR and forgiven for what he did. If shane wins Finlay and lil Bastard are fired from the WWE. during that match, Shane gets help from a number of heels but Finlay some how gets the win. This leads to Finlay losing the RR but is entered into a No.1 contenders tournament to the WWE title at WM
in the final round of the tournament, Finlay is facing Mr. Kennedy and out of nowhere Vince McMahon cost him the match. by this time Vince has been off out TV for close to a year so it wont be as bothersome (to me at least) since Vince can't wrestle anymore he has a replacement, Bobby Lashley (idk if he'll ever come back though) lashley defeats Finlay but Vince forces the referee to count when Vince makes the pin. now for the 1st time Vince feels he won a rivalry in the end at WM to add to that

3rd offense would be a 60 day suspension with rehab with out pay. Missing any rehab without medical reasoning will result in release. Once treatment is done your on a probational period for 1 year where if you fail a drug test your done with the company. My point is give these guys a chance who have used drugs to get better if they want to. I think this policy is more than fair.
Now here what I think WWE needs to do instead look up the policy if you don't know it please. 1st offense should be look at more along the lines of a warning where your called to Vince's office where he tells you the "business" and it won't be brought to the media's attention. 2nd offense will result in 30 day suspension without pay. (Rehab then should be assigned to any superstar who needs it at any time) 3rd offense is where if you refuse treatment you will be released right away.
1) Wrestling fans HATE to have people pulled from a card especially the most excited PPV WrestleMania and When the suspension is over will Hardy be with WWE? 2)And the last thing is if Hardy does return will he be put back in Mid-Card or will Hardy's Momentum be gone to stay at Main Event

On To WWE problems which will be difficult to solve seeing some of them may not benefit the WWE or I would have to reconstruct the entire promotion. There are two
Problem No midcard IC/US titles are meaning less.
Solution Phase out brand extension, WWE tag Titles and US title. Possibly get rid of ECW title and use the show like Heat back in the day which is what they are essentially doing.
If you phase out the brand split, as well as all the titles that you're talking about, you create a bottle-neck affect for the WWE, pretty much featuring the same 10 guys over 5 hours of programming.
No new stars are made, and people will get tired of seeing the same guys all of the time.
Ecw is currently beyond fucked up. WWE is trying to make ECW sound more Extreme with a extreme rules match once in a while. ECW arent taking it.
What would i do to fix it
Bring back the Hardcore title to ECW and have the 24/7 rule. This would at least make ECW more extreme. 2. get the originals back and put them in more Extreme Rules matches. 3. Have the Hardcore Legend Mick Foley come GM for ECw and give him actual booking power.

They pay off other sponsors as a sounding''Legit'' payment to other sponsors who in return LET that certain sponsors candidate aka wrestler, race car driver, or team win in a certain event...the more sponsors of a certain candidate pay off more other sponsors has a chance of going far in the sport...but then again..sometime its like Religion ...you just got to leave it to chance...and have a little faith...

Heres the deal with TNA. I feel TNA could be way better if they stop using former wwe superstars to lead there company. I think it is unfair to talents such as aj samoa matt morgan etc. what they should do is use those big names to help put them over a little bit and start pushing them to main event status once they are over. this will be the only way they can compete with wwe. thats what i would do.

I only have one problem and it's with CZW they need to do a better job promoting there selves or figure out something to make more money. there hard core as fuck and there's guys getting torn open busted up and breaking bones and all that. example teddy hart was in CZW quite some time ago when he was there his head was split wide open and John Zandig being the genius that he is didn't even have the money to pay to get it fixed. witch is pretty bad seeing Zandig was the one who caused the bump

I hate what the WWE has done to ECW. ECW is dead and they are just finishing off the dead skin. Replacing the ECW title with a boot leg version they made. It's not even ECW because it's not extreme wrestling. It's nothing but a bad ass promotion to replace Sunday night heat and velocity!

Basically if top super stars that are pumped for as long as Joe was, I wouldn't have killed his fame with some new appearance by kurt. I would have waited to the match was far more bigger then some singles match at least before breaking his strike.
For ECW I would have eliminated the DQ rule at least for ECW. Because it stupid to revive a company that was build off hardcore wrestling then you bring it back and just compelety bury it's rep, just because you never liked how it was ran.

Because I dont have to many issues with ROH this will probably be kinda short. (Building off of Take No Prisoners) Now that Tyler Black knows he can hang with the best ROH has to offer he lets that get to his head and starts challenging everyone on ROH. He takes on Austin Aries and wins. After Jimmy Jacobs gets injured he decides to take on the Briscoes in a rematch by himself for the tag titles.

During that handicap match with the Birscoes, Black is knocked out and unkowingly, Necro Butcher interferes and hits Jay with the tag titles. Tyler recovers and wins the match. Now he feels invincible and rarely helps the AotF only when he feels he needs to. AotF is getting tired of his cocky attitude and books him in a match with Brian Danielson. Jimmy Jacobs return during the match to cheer his partner on unaware of his recent attitude change. Tyler Black pulls off the win

Tyler pulls off the win and declares himself contender to ROH Champ. Jacobs reminds him they are tag champs and got a title to defend. Tyler drops the title which pissed Jacobs off and Jacob attack Tyler.
Jacobs feel he wants to bring Tyler down to earth takes Tyler on at Respect is Earned 2 or something. In the match Tyler is overwhelmed but the reversals and skill level Jacobs is showing. In the end Jacobs win the match but instead of rubbing it in Tyler's face he shakes his hand

Since everyone complains about TNA home grown talent, I'll book the TNA Title to Bound for Glory. A week before Victory Road Booker T attacks Kevin Nash and injures him forcing Joe to wrestle without his mentor. Joe beats Booker and realizes he doesn't need anyone to help him since he's TNA world champ. Nash returns and is mad at Joe and says Joe didn't give him credit for mentoring him to the World title spot. Joe spits in his face and Nash tries to attack him.

Joe comes out the next Impact and cuts a heel promo. Saying that he found the baddest guy he could find to make sure AJ wouldn't get a shot at his belt, out comes ultimate TNA heel Jeff Jarret. Next few weeks the match is built up and then finally AJ defeats Jeff setting up AJ Styles v Samoa Joe. Then the fun begins as a feud starts.
A little bit lagging in the details but let me know what you think.

Meanwhile Joe is just going through the whole main event roster. Eventually the feud builds up to a shot at the #1 contendership. (Face) AJ defeats (heel) Kurt. After the match Joe attacks AJ to turn Joe heel.

I think the main reason TNA was better back then was because they didn't have many big name main event guys, so therefore they were able to spend lots of time on the X-division and tag-team divisions. But ever since the arrival of Kurt Angle, I feel like the X-division is lacking a bit. I feel that if TNA wants to succeed they should go back and pay more attention to what made them big in the first place, the X-Division. I think they should sign some young talented guys and add to it.

I feel like the WWE only cares about being mainstream and getting money now, instead of giving the fans a kick ass show. That's the main reason I switched over to watching TNA. I started watching TNA in 05, and after the first few X-Division matches I watched I was HOOKED. I noticed a HUGE difference from what I was seeing on WWE ever week, TNA had a kick ass tag team division and kick ass X-divison matches. At the time I felt like the main event scene was a little lacking though.

The main problem I have with WWE is that it has turned into a mainstream high definition pop culture soap opera for little kids. It's way different than how it was in the 90s. In the 90's it was much more edgy and I feel like this gave the wrestlers the opportunity to go all out and do the craziest shit. For example remember Booker T and Stone Cold fighting in a supermarket? Even though we knew it was scripted and all it was just so awesome to watch no matter how old you were.

The world wrestling federation at one point was a well oiled machine. Now it's a poorly organized company with terrible commentating, aweful storylines, less emphasis on wrestling and more focus of skantily clad women trying to get into playboy magazine. Not since Miss Elizabeth, Sensational Sherri has there been eligance and class in pro-wrestling.
Now all we see are ladder matches, blood and violence. Whathappened to a good old fashioned "Wrestling feud"?
That's my gripe.

WWF/WWE, has been on a huge decline due to the fact that since 1992, they have not been able to find a "Real" face to represent the company. I know what many of you are going to say. They had Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels etc. Both very talented athletes but only one good "Wrestler". To me neither fit the bill of *main event*. Since that point, steve austin, foley, hhh, edge, john cena and the "Crock" have all tried to build the new generation of professional wrestling and have failed.

TNA was really begining to emerge in 05. Then after a few short months, they made the age old mistake and brought in "Failed" talent from other feds, who simply did not shine. Christian, Angle etc. Now, they monopolize air-time. The under-talent (a.k.a real talent) are pushed aside and put in ridiculous storylines. By doing so, their killing their own careers.

The problem with wresling or "sports entertainment" is that it is not entertaining anymore. The industry emphasizes on sex and ridiculous marketing schemes to compinsate for poor management. The real talent are being held back. Fading stars, are brought to "up and coming" feds to gain recognition for that company but always end up sinking it. To establish a company, management and ownership must have the ability themselves to market their own individual product.

He's holding talent down by doing this. ECW is just dumb. It's not extreme anymore. They need to send someone who can carry that show over their, or just cut it. C.M Punk could be a major champion already, if he were on Raw or Smackdown, as with Morrison, if he were preped correctly. Also, their storylines are just old. I have a problem with the wwe.
They keep expanding their booking (ecw) and they never give their wrestkers time off. Kurt Angle says thats why Eddie G died. Vince doesn't care about talent either. I'm tired of him choosing size over talent. Also, he keeps wrestlers in major title contention too long. Undertaker shouldn't have two title runs in the last year. He's just too old.

Who would you give the black reign gimmick to? Right now, I can't think of anybody in TNA right now that can do that gimmick. I do agree with getting the belt off angle, cause i'm tired of him. TNA needs to get the title off Angle and put it on Joe. Since the company first began, how many wrestler that did not have a successful career in either WCW, ECW, or WWF/E?
Three-AJ Styles, Ron Killings, and Abyss but all their reigns were short. However all the established verterns had longer reigns.
TNA needs to build up the younger stars and have them carry the company starting with Samoa Joe. He should have a good reign with impressive title defenses. Don't hold them back like WCW.

Also, TNA needs to bring back the glory of the X Division Title. Make awnsome match with the x division stars and fierce competition for the belt. Same goes for the tag titles and women's title.

And put James Mitchell together with Rellik. With Judas Mesias gone and TNA getting rid of Abyss' character, Rellik is only the 'true' monster in TNA. Black Reign is out of shape and not a good associate with Rellik.
Mitchell could give Rellik the push he needs to become a main eventer in TNA. Not only can he wrestle but combine Rellik's morbid, macrabe, scary promos with Mitchell's long and brilliant promos and he could become a big draw.

The third brand is dead with no hope of reviving it. No matter what talent they bring in or if they make more 'Extreme Rules' matches. ECW, once the most successful independent wrestling organization, died in 2001. The best and only thing Vince can do is put it out of its misery and let it finally rest in peace. Take the talent from ECW and divide between RAW and SMACKDOWN.

The feud between Edge and The Undertaker is good. And the power-faction with Edge, Vicki, Chavo, Hawkins, and Ryder is something we haven't seen a long time. Very similar to the Austin/McMahon feud. SMACKDOWN is also building up incredible tag teams and mid-carders but I do have a recommendation: BRING BACK THE CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE!!! High-flying action could increase the ratings.

I almost forgot about ECW until I saw a couple of comments. As an 1 hour wrestling show ECW is just mediocor. I personally dont really see anyone getting over on ECW now, hence the SD/ECW roster thing. So to end ECW I'd have someone who can get a pop from the crowd, but and ECW orignal, RVD and have him have a series of great matches with either Morrison, Shelton, CM Punk or Chavo and finally win the title.

scratch that last part, RVD comes back to RAW and says that at first bringing back ECW was a good idea but seeing how everything 'extreme' is taken out of ECW thats why he's on RAW. months later RVD wins the WWE title for the second time and is attacked by Morrison who's the ECW Champ. I'll give it a shot given my only real complait was RAW roster being jobbed by 2 people and alot of things with McMahon. I can't fix what happened last week. But as far as McMahon I personally think its stupid that a 60 year old man who's not known for being a wrestler can have 15-20 minute matches with his roster who trained and constantly wrestler. I also hated the fact thay Ric Flair can defeat kennedy and MVP with no problem (you know what I mean) but needs help defeating McMahon

The whole powers that be thing is also getting pretty old.
First off after WM Finlay blames Vince for Hornswaggle getting hurt and beats the living hell out of him giving him a severe neck injury. Then the next week during one of Finlay's matches, Shane or Steph will interrupt to tell Finlay and everyone else that Vince's injury is so severe that even after he heals, he wont be able to do much physical activities (like wrestling) this will lead the McMahon family to declare war on Finlay

so in the following weeks, Finlay will face every the best all three brands has to offer. that includes high mid-carders, main eventers, big guys and handicap matches trying to get revenge on Finlay. in some cases he'll defeat the odds but in most he wont. then for SummerSlam, Shane puts himself, Umaga against Finlay in an ambulane or injury match and they win and injury Finlay.

in the final round of the tournament, Finlay is facing Mr. Kennedy and out of nowhere Vince McMahon cost him the match. by this time Vince has been off out TV for close to a year so it wont be as bothersome (to me at least) since Vince can't wrestle anymore he has a replacement, Bobby Lashley (idk if he'll ever come back though) lashley defeats Finlay but Vince forces the referee to count when Vince makes the pin. now for the 1st time Vince feels he won a rivalry in the end at WM to add to that

3rd offense would be a 60 day suspension with rehab with out pay. Missing any rehab without medical reasoning will result in release. Once treatment is done your on a probational period for 1 year where if you fail a drug test your done with the company. My point is give these guys a chance who have used drugs to get better if they want to. I think this policy is more than fair.

Now here what I think WWE needs to do instead look up the policy if you don't know it please. 1st offense should be look at more along the lines of a warning where your called to Vince's office where he tells you the "business" and it won't be brought to the media's attention. 2nd offense will result in 30 day suspension without pay. (Rehab then should be assigned to any superstar who needs it at any time) 3rd offense is where if you refuse treatment you will be released right away.

As bad wrestlers Khali, Henry, and the Edgeheads are in the ring right now, they each provide a key role for the WWE.
Khali and Henry are the monster spectacles that Vince loves to use in his programming. The Edgeheads are the "bullets" for WWE's #1 heel, taking his beatdowns for him.
The only guy that needs to be moved/released is Snitsky

On To WWE problems which will be difficult to solve seeing some of them may not benefit the WWE or I would have to reconstruct the entire promotion. There are two
Problem No midcard IC/US titles are meaning less.
Solution Phase out brand extension, WWE tag Titles and US title. Possibly get rid of ECW title and use the show like Heat back in the day which is what they are essentially doing.

If you phase out the brand split, as well as all the titles that you're talking about, you create a bottle-neck affect for the WWE, pretty much featuring the same 10 guys over 5 hours of programming.
No new stars are made, and people will get tired of seeing the same guys all of the time.

ECW not bieng Extreme Championship Wrestling
Ecw is currently beyond fucked up. WWE is trying to make ECW sound more Extreme with a extreme rules match once in a while. ECW arent taking it.
What would i do to fix it
Bring back the Hardcore title to ECW and have the 24/7 rule. This would at least make ECW more extreme. 2. get the originals back and put them in more Extreme Rules matches. 3. Have the Hardcore Legend Mick Foley come GM for ECw and give him actual booking power.

How i think WWE should fix this
1. Have Cena have a large heel turn on each show by having him attack the top faces for their brand (Raw Jeff Hardy, Smackdown,Undertaker or Batistia, ECW Cm Punk
2. Really there is not much that can be done. The only seeable solution other than Stephanie and HHH divorce, Or Shane or Vince decide to back a wrestler and have them use there influence they have more
