i had a hovercraft like this when i was a kid it dident go 45 miles a hour but it was the same principle. there fun and yes they go over water snow dirt grass any thing really but you just have to be carefull over water and snow and stuff thats wet just becarfull not to get the battery wet. but i sealed mine up with some tape and it never got in. but yea mine was faryly cheep to i got it for like 50 bucks in like 1990 or so so its been out for a while

Amazing little concept!, I can see a whole new area of rc racing with a dirt and water track.
