Why don’t people just go look at the zoning maps its not hard. you will find out it is residential distric zone R4.is for 1&2 family residential, Multi-family walk-up residential, Multi-family elevator residential. look for zoning map 29.
And these are NOT allowed, special purpose or Mixed Commercial Residential or
Commercial or Industrial / Manufacturing or Transportation AND
Public/ community facilities. The city is breaking the law the people of sheepsheard should sue the city of New York.
