  • Not a flaw, but a feature, in case you want to call a friend or contact, but you don't know their number, this is useful, note this highly won't work on 'locked' iPods/iPhones because the entire data partition (apps, music, main applications etc.) have been obliterated, erased, deleted, so all it can do is load springboard and make emergency calls off of what is left on the system partition, usually inaccessible by default if not jailbroken.
