In my life I came across yoga, stretching, weightlifting, swimming and push-ups. Bicycle and soccer have accompanied me from childhood. I enjoyed only some of those (mountain bike the most). I think those are mostly artificial and filtered ways to reconsider the human into the wild nature. I would like to start a new physical training open air but it is hard to find someone like you here in Italy :-). I posted you my e-mail address, maybe you can suggest me the new mindset I am looking for.
