  • @uhavemooface Not at all, it's all about supporting your body weight with your upper body. It has nothing to do with how much you weigh.. It will be harder for someone who weighs 220lbs vs someone who weighs only 160lbs.. but it's all about how strong you are.

  • What should I do if I can barley bring my legs off the ground for more than a second like in the first step u explained for beginners and I'll prolly need to be a little stronger. I have a strong core but I think I'm lacking in the arms what exercises should I do?

  • How much risk is there from actually breaking your arm or dislocated your joint? Cause I know that you can break your arm through arm wrestling and twisting incorrectly.

  • @APriceProduction Breaking your arm while doing that is more complicated than learning to do the flag propperly. You really have to want to break your arm to succeed. Good luck with that!
