I think Donahoe was OK, he simply never hired a head coach worthy to be a head coach, Ralph will not pay for a head coach, Donahoe drafts were ok but his F/A's good

Bledsoe, Sam Adams, Troy Vincnet, Lawyer Milloy, TKO, London Fletcher, Willis Mcgahee(draft) but that team lost to the Steelers 2nd and 3rd stringers for a playoff spot in 2004, for the COACH sucked

Bills should have grabbed Ngata a few years back but instead they take Whitner with a high round pick. Would have solved alot of these problems. Whitner is good but wasn't worth a top 15 pick (no safety is IMO), especially when a massive and talent DT/DE is out there. Look would he did to resurrect the Ravens. Games are won in the trenches and the Bills are geting pushed around on both sides of the ball in that respect. I have to agree with the play calling... I have the same isssues.

The non challenge of Welker's sideline catch was completely ridiculous, especially when all season they've been challenging the most inane things! That made me sick as well. They went right in & scored right after that. Despite the meaningless TD at the end the game wasn't even close. I question why they didn't attack the Pats either. They def played scared. I hate the Tampa cover 2! Hell, we had Clements and we were playing zone coverage!, no man on man or press! That needs to change

Ball on the 10 yard line and they run the ball three times? The team with a 6'-6" wide receiver who can beat anyone for the jump ball (drafted for this exact scenario) runs the ball? Great play calling. The coaching is pathetic and the player talent is wasted again. Maybe when they move to Toronto, a new owner will straighten the team out. Until then they can keep paying and playing people for their "character". Sorry, but it's true.

I agree that Dick Jauron being so mild mannered and even keeled pisses ALL Billls fans off, but there are coaches like that in this league that have had success. Plus with the hiring of Singletary to the 49ers the are no more mean hardcore ironjawed coaches out there anymore. I said after we fired Mularkey!! Thank the heavens BTW. We needed to hire Tomlin or Singletary or even Ron Rivera. We need a guy that has blue collar and workmanlike tendencies.

We are fortunate to have Marshawn Lynch be as good as he is, if you look at some of the space he has to work with he makes something out of nothing literally every down. We will not become a power in this league until we get a better pass rush and we get an O line that gets their act together. And where the hell is James Hardy!?! He has all the size and athletic ability to have constellations named after him and he has been non existent. I'm sick! You know your fball, like most Bills fans do

So you know I'm a Bills fan born and bred and we have been made a fool of this season. 3 straight division losses is a travesty. 3 points through all of the game and then a TD in garbage time vs the Pats with no Tom Brady is a joke. We have our weaknesses, but we are still one of the most talented teams in this league. I don't know if its Jauron's fault but he has got to turn this season around, and fast.WTF is going on with our O line?
