i would also like to add that whilst there is ample room for improvement, its also generally true that strength and power are by far the most 'trainable' fitness aspects. the important thing is your getting the movement patttern down and whilst im sure myself and others could pick holes in your form, at this stage id say the important thing is that your broadly going about it the right way. which ultimately can only lead to greater neuromuscular coordination and fascilitation as you progress.
I feel i have improved a lot since this video, But im not really proud of my technique.. i guess it will take AGES before i can make the lifts look nice and sexy. thanks again though! I appreciate!
This is too slow. You have to actually put some power from your legs and hips into it and jump off the ground. Also, your arms go behind your head too far, and you don't want to hyperextend an elbow. If you widen your knees a bit too, you'll be able to go lower without losing your balance backwards (like you did once or twice).
@kr050 well said. to many ego lifters out there by far. when i first started doing cleans with an empty bar all the meat heads were looking at me like i had just killed a baby. but now who is the one doing them properly with weights those guys (as you say) 'couldnty deadlift properly'? me of course. Batmannu, these lifts are pretty much the most complex movement patterns in weightlifting/training. for seven weeks work i think you could be a lot worse.
It might be the angle, but it looks like your catch is dangerously close to being too far behind your head. You'll know what I mean when you get higher up in weight, and it becomes impossible to stabilize. My strength coach tells me the bar should be nearly aligned with the neck.
oh hi! after 2 weeks i did 30 luls, but i think i can do 35 or maybe i could push for 40.. but tbh.. i'd first like to get my technique perfect before i start going up with weights :3 im really happy for u though, great job :)
wow butt :)
would like to see that without the purple pants u wearing they dont fit u at all...
