If you cannot do this cuz it's kinda harder to do, check my channel and I'll show u the quicker and easier way to get on the second island. But first you must do the perfect traction cheat to make the car hop. To do so, press down button. Search it in the Internet: gta vc cheats psp. I will also show u how to get a helicopter and jetski. Plus, getting back to the first island! Thumbs up if it worked for you!

When you are in the 2nd island (by using this glitch) do not jump in the water because the water will bring you back to the 1st island!

OH this method also works to get the red ballon on the military place if u hadnt already before u got kicked out i did it and almost died well actually just the jumping on the car part u have to place the yankey near the wall with a small building left to the entrance of the antrance

There is easiest way, but i think it work only in ps2, and it's about "teleportation pipe" xD. In GTA Vice City Stories in first island there is a big pipe near the airport. In PS2 it is bugged, and when you jump on to this in good position, you will teleported to the second island to the "golf club" ;p
