yes it is a cheat device. they are very easy to make and very simple to work. ill just leave a quick tut. on how. you have your ethernet cord. cut off 4 inches of the rubber around it(be careful not to cut the wires inside) there are 4colors and 4white wires wrapped around a color. take the orange wire and cut it in half. unwrap white wire. connect onto any on/off switch.
