  • it´s amazing what shit they invent. That´s not needed I just use a socket, a breaker bar and a long tube for leverage.

  • @SuperNorthAmerica All I ever needed was a 2-foot breaker bar and grunt a little. I broke the 1/2" socket end of the breaker bar once, lol!

  • @SuperNorthAmerica You're lucky then, I've broken several 2' breaker bars and countless sockets. This is a nice tool to have in your vw toolbox.

    So, for the recommended 217 foot pounds (or more) for the rear axle nut, that means you give it about 25 foot pounds with this tool.
