@jesse17ful even if they did one you wouldn't want it, never ever go for cheap or stagg chinas (oh wait there the same thing) they sound tinny and disgusting. Especially the zbt china I was stupid enough to buy

stagg chinas are one of the best that I have ever heard

wuhan chinas are the best chinas i have ever heard cause they are the most trashiest that I know

well, its your choice on what you like, and of course its what your into and your price range

@jesse17ful Really? not being horrible but the zbt china doesn't sound like a china it sounds like a gong. I tried to sell but as soon as ppl heard it they said they didn't want it, I ended up selling it for the metal. Stagg china sound ok but they sound very thin and cheap and just get dominated when you put an aax china next to it

but yeah I agree its all about personal taste and price range

when I comment i try to go on my own opinion and other drummers that I know in semi professional bands

go with sabian b8, or meinl bcs. dont try zildjian zbt, both of the crashes cracked and overall its a terrible set.

@mcohane9 I'd have to disagree on the sound, from what I've seen the solars are the best sounding starter cymbals but I completely agree about how brittle and poor the zbt's are. I cant comment on the b8's though because I decided there was no point slowly going up the series so I jumped from zbt to aax which I'm happy with

the sound has alot to do with the felt cushion..what size, how tight etc,

Oh yeah comparing the 30 dollar ride with the 400 dollar ride, I think we all know who would win there! This is a great cymbal I hate the crash but the splash and the rides are great!

I don't think so. The ride isn't as bad as many people think, but the crash is quite lousy

genau das isses - ich hab beides hier rumliegen und ich ziehe dieses becken meinem sonor armoni ride vor. das solar crash liegt mittlerweile bei mir hinterm sessel rum ;)

I use Vic Firth 5B sticks, but my stick's tips are in nylon. That can explain the different sound between your ride and mine ...
