The Last Remnant - Enemy in Eagles Nest using Blackout

i believe the enemies somehow got the right combination for blackout, resulting in this. I'm pretty sure they don't have this magic as part of their skill list. they activated it by chance.

Yeah Blackout occurs when a union uses 3 magic spells in a row if I recall correctly, it has a chance to happen against any 3+ member magic using unions but extremely small, I put hell of a lot of game time into this and this was the 1st time I seen anyone but a boss that has it as a skill use it.
