Interesting video. Notice when she talked about needing a moral compise means needing a god, that's religious people using the need for morality as a reason to need religion. It's just an example of how religion plagues on the moral necessities and flaws of mankind by using them as justifications for control and supposed acts of justices which are actually acts murder, death, destruction and cruelty. This is why religion sucks as a moral avenue.

I have a theory that humans are a lot like cells, we do what is comfortable, we do what the other cells do, we follow the other cells, and when something that opposes what we do or believe comes in contact with us, we ignore it or try to kill it. Mostly, the bad parts of the bible, and our evidence that disproves them, they ignore because it actually does harm them in a way. It harms their comfortable belief.

The real problem with this show is that Matt and the others are ACTUALLY trying to reach people...they are really trying to rationalize with the irrational...I used to be southern baptist...and I experience the same frustration...you want SO BAD for them to "get it" but their mind wont allow them to and will keep circumventing the points you are making because to acknowledge would be the beginning of the end for the great security blanket of the mind...so the mind defends itself

What's wrong with weeding out the hoaxes and things which aren't true? Piltdown landed on the Evolution side. Every few years evidence comes out supporting AND debunking the Shroud of Turin. You look at what you have and analyze it to see if it's true, no matter what it is.
