It was originally written as part of the song that Amy Lee wrote for 'The Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe' soundtrack but got cut. The song MIGHT be released as a B-side later on.
You can find the sheet music for almost every Evanescence song at 'The Evanescence Reference'. You'll need a program that can read .pdf files. I'll send you the link.
