When you're talking "average", what exactly does that mean? The % of candidates who pass all 4 parts on the first try (which is <%10)? The % who pass any particular part on any particular testing window?

Is 46% supposed to be a good pass rate! That is only a few precentage points above the average... Please!

The national average pass rate for the cpa exam is close to 16%. That makes 46% quite a bit better.
