Mike Gravel did not stop the draft - he was not in office at the time, so how did he do this.

Ron Paul was one of only two presidential candidates who voted no on All of Clinton's Nation building schemas and All of Bushs' nation building schemas. Paul would pardon all non-violent drug offenders and remove marijuana as a federal offense. He has not only voted to bring troops home, but to close all foreign bases (700) and save well over $1T per year.

Switch to republican to get Ron Paul on the ballot. If you're a democrat, in most states you will only be able to vote for which DEMOCRAT makes it on the ballot. Once republican, you can vote him onto the ballot, then anyone can vote for him.
