she is talking about Caroline, a little girl from Germany who does Irish dancing and loves Lord of the Dance and Michael Flatley. her father competed in a tv show in Germany to fullfil his daughter's dream and he won, so the show took Caroline to London to visit the troupe while they did rehearsels for the new shoe Celtic Tiger. she also met Michael and she danced for him. if you check my profile you can see a short clip of Michael talking about Caroline
