Chef Scott and Sustainability

This is great to see. There once was a time in this country where one could travel to different regions and experience vastly different tastes and dishes, not so much anymore. Not only is eating locally produced foods great for the economy and the environment, it is great for health and tourism.

It is amazing how the robber barons managed to get control of so many family farms. It is time to take them back and say, "No More." Learn to eat with the season.
