  • kai, looks great, but is "teriyaki" simply sweetened (or modified) soy sauce??

  • @tcurtiswag i believe you can simply add a little bit of water to regular cornstarch to turn it into liquid cornstarch.

  • @markpianoman You clearly don't know how to cook. A billion of chinese tender their meat that way for years, they can't be wrong. Durrr.

  • @controversiaster You can make shoe leather tender by boiling it too IF you boil it long enough...the best way to get ribs tender and more flavorful is to bake them for several hours on a low temperature covered with aluminum foil.

  • i believe chicken stock is when you boil chicken bones in water to get all the flavour and you use it as your soup base, or just for flavoring cuz i remember my mom always uses chicken stalk for making soup =D her corn soup is awesome!

  • you can buy it in a can or box(keep in Fridge) now, just as good and easier than making stock
