Is it true that he FFB effects are limited due to the AMC not allowing full frequencies to run through it as in do you miss out on any effects ?

If you haven't already done so, get the new Daytona from the PS3 store. Full wheel support and hd graphics. At least 60fps and no pop in. Much better than the Model 2 emulator for that particular game.

Me also. I purchased a Rave Racer cabinet. Cutting and installing a 1080p 32" tv. Already have my Logitech wheel and the amplifier to use the happ controls. I'll get some video up once it's completed.

You need a 6 speed shifter like the one from the wangan arcade or the up/down from Initial d instead of that 4 and itd be perfect.

But otherwise great job man, thats an awesome setting, im actually just waiting for the fund to make myself a similar setting ^^

@Robobbly he sold the naomi hardware that was in it.. but don´t diss him. this man did a very good job. some guy on youtube put a cheap logitech wheel inside what seems like an initial d cab and put a computer monitor in front of the arcade monitor. that´s a shame. /watch?v=e9HLuOp4KvI

cheers guys.. @ ELmaggo.. Rally is very good, and as you say seems to be very realistic! my only complaint is TOO realistic- driving a car off road with the Happ wheel in the cabinet can be compared to operating a pneumatic drill for 5mins, or more realisticaly- driving down a dirt road full of potholes at 130mph! Needless to say, it passes the rumble/shaker test with reference marks 10/10.
