  • Wish I would have started using kettlebells years ago. My conditioning has improved drastically. I'm in the navy and doing PT with the other guys I feel like a machine compared to them.

  • @danapointtrainer Yes, the leg that is opposite to the arm holding the high bell should be bent slightly.
