If you watch the full video you'll hear that she says, while Serena is down during the first set, that her carreer was done and Sharapova was then much better than her. It took probably about 1 hour or so for Carillo realize she knows nothing about tennis. Serena is a true champion and probably the best female tennis player of all time.

Mary Carillo was always jealous of Serena and her negativity during this match was disgraceful. It is sad how racist American tennis commentators tend to be when Venus or Serena play.

this was the first match i can honestly say had me on the edge to my seat. made me like tennis even more because of the intensity each player shows. serena just fought through and prevailed. it was like sharapova stepped her game in the second and third sets and as if to ask serena can you come with something better and serena did. gotta love these types of matches
